Peer Mentoring
The Peer Mentoring program - Connects older students with younger ones to enhance self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills. It aims to help mentees adjust to life at NDA while providing positive role models who encourage effective study habits, emotional regulation, and social skills.
The program benefits both mentors and mentees by promoting personal growth, leadership, and improved interpersonal relationships, while also fostering a supportive community within the school.

I have been working within the Peer Mentor program for two years now, and I believe this opportunity really fosters communicative relationships among younger and older students. As a mentor, I have learned how to empathize with others and respond to struggles my peers may be facing; this is really helpful in preparing me for the real world and I appreciate being able to have a connection like this with other NDA students.
