Individualized Student Success Plans

Individualized Student Success Plans (ISSPs) are the only subset of the SSC that is based on eligibility.* Students who have a documented mental health and or learning diagnosis are eligible to receive additional in class accommodations and support through these ISSPs.

Students who have a relevant IEP, Section 504-Plan B, and or neuropsychology report are eligible to receive this support.

 

I could not be happier that I was introduced to the services provided by the SSC this year. My child struggles and after our first meeting with Ms. P, I instantly felt that my child's needs were going to be addressed and a plan would be put in place ensuring her success. Ms. P is a wonderful addition to the staff at NDA and it's fantastic to see the needs of all students being met. As a result of her ISSP, my child has thrived this year at school.
