Applying to NDA

1. Register for Entrance Exam (Grades 9-12 only)
2. Online application
3. Teacher recommendation forms:
   • Please download TWO copies of Teacher recommendation forms to be completed by two teachers of your choice who should mail them or email them directly to the Office of Admissions.
4. Transcript and standardized test release form:
   • Please download and give to your Guidance Office to complete.
   • If you receive the transcripts you can upload them to your daughter's Rediker account.
   • A parent's signature is required on this form. Your current school will mail materials directly to Notre Dame Academy.

Applying for Financial Aid:

The education NDA provides is largely funded by tuition. While we make every effort to keep tuition costs within reason, we recognize that some families require financial assistance. We encourage families to apply for financial aid as early as possible in the process. NDA bases its financial assistance on demonstrated financial need and cannot guarantee the availability of funds for late applicants. Families must re-apply for financial aid each year by completing an application with current financial information.

October 1: Now Accepting Applications for 2021-2022
November 14: Entrance Exam (Online from Home)
December 1st: Now Accepting Financial Aid Applications
December 5th: Entrance Exam 2nd date
December 15th: Priority Applications due
December 30th: Financial Aid Applications deadline
January 9th: Make Up Entrance Exam Date
Week of January 11th: Admissions decisions letters & enrollment agreements sent
February 15th: Priority Enrollment deadline and deposits due
