Matching Gifts

Matching gift programs are corporate sponsored employee benefits designed to encourage philanthropic support of secondary education.  Simply pick up a matching gift form at your company's Human Resource office, complete the form and  mail it along with your contribution to the Director of Development, Notre Dame Academy, 425 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609.

Please review all your information for accuracy befor submitting you matching gift form.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your donation as well as an acknowledgement from the Development Office.
