Required /Partial credit /Grade 9
After mastering the techniques of basic keyboarding, students use these skills to create documents in various formats. Using the capabilities of Microsoft software, the course includes an overview of desktop publishing, data base management, spreadsheet data analysis, graphics, and presentation techniques. Teachers of Grade 9 courses are encouraged to assign projects incorporating these skills to be completed in the computer lab.
